UnitiServer SSD - hanging software - HELP!

Have had my Unitserver SSD for 3 weeks. In the middle of ripping my CD collection.  Get home tonight at the cannot login through to web browser interface.  Enter the IP address and get a black screen with the logo on it.

 

Units appears fine i.e. light on fron is not flashing...

 

Tried pressing log, waiting for it to blink, and then turn it off.  Leaving it for a while and then turned it back on.  No change.

 

Help???

You could try to power Down your router 10 to 20 minutes and power on the router Again, when it is online power up the Userve. If this does not work I would mail Naim support so they can look at it remotely. Have you assigned both the nas and Userve fixed ip adressees? the simplest way to do this is to force the dhcp server in the router to always use the same ip addresses for the nas and the Userve.
