555ps DR for NDS or supercap 2 DR fr 252?

Still have an Olive Supercap to upgrade in my black reference system albeit serviced about 4 years ago, powering a quite new 252.

have an NDS with my old XPS 2 question is, which to upgrade first - 555ps dr for NDS Or sc2 dr for 252

cant afford both!

Source first?

Absent direct side by side auditioning . . . I would vote "source first" if I had to pick / guess!

Hi CDI -

Source first, especially given that you list the NDS as your sole source. If you had others, a turntable for example, then an argument could be made for DRing the SC because it would benefit all of your sources.

By the way, and I am sure Bart will agree, the NDS/555PS DR is world class!
