iRadio on NDX Doesn't Work

Hi, I am new to NAim equipment as I finally took the plunge and secummed to the promise of being able to have al lmy music at my fingertips and bought an NDX streamer with my hard earned cash.

As much as I am in heaven with my Flacs being plaend through my new toy, I am completely unable to get anything from the iRadio. All I get on the display is "initialising".

I have a VirginMedia Hub connected via Cat 6 cable directly into the NDX.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I have a different problem this morning. I borrowed an NDX from my dealer and while my little Marantz all-in-one happlily picks up the network from the CAT5 cable, the NDX says 'No Network' - in fact the little green light on the socket doesn't light up. Faulty demo unit?
