A question for the M/B Docs

Just received an e mail from my squash partner who i have to collect from the Airport tomorrow.

he has been on a 2 week trekking holiday somewhere near Addis Ababa and has told me to make room in the car for a wheelchair. The idiot has gone and picked up TRENCH FOOT and cannot walk.

My question is how long does this last AND to put it bluntly do i need to look for a new squash partner ???

I believe Dr Bruce Woodhouse is yer man ..........

I used to know a guy who once had it, seems it is a very unpleasant condition normally associated with prolonged exposure to wet & the feet deprived of oxygen. When I was with him he was obsessive over dry feet & changing socks ....

I understand the worse cases involve permanent damage, flesh loss & gangrene

So a new partner issue is probably dependent on how severe it is
