I have been enjoying this this morning, Crosby Stills and Nash demos. Very enjoyable.

 

Any other great demo albums anyone care to recommend?

I don't know if this falls strictly speaking into demos category (since some overdubs has been added afterwards before release) but I like it a lot anyhow.

Sonic Youth's Goo Demos is better than the proper album, in my opinion.
