Unitiserve last ripping

My unitiserve do not add new rip cd in the last ripping list. i can find the cd in all other list like album, genre, etc.
any idea of what happen

Some rips take a little longer than other to show up on your new ripped list. I presume this is a foible of the software but you can force a rescan or refresh which may immediately bring up the rip, but in some cases it will not. In that case it is a matter of waiting for it to show.
In 'settings' press rescan database.
Additionally, you may find that one particular rip will show itself after many other rips were completed after that particular one.
Also, if you have n-Stream, you may find that the rip shows up there before it shows up in n-Serve, again annoying software foibles.But fear not my friend, your rips will show when they are good and ready
