Update troubles

Hi all

I recently updated my UnitiQute to version 3.17 and now for some reason it can't access my NAS.

It's a WD My Book Live 1TB.

When I first updated it said it couldn't access the server but I could stream Radio Paradise. I restarted the UnitiQute, NAS and router and all was well. A few hours later though it said it couldn't access the server again however I could get it to start playing the playlist I made when I first got it working.

I've probably done something stupid I know but help?!

Ah ha! Again might be being think but when I go to set up and activate upnp compatibility it works but I loose the queuing and play listing? Why is this and what can I do about this? If anyone can help that would be great. Cheers.

Don't know if this will help but the only issue I have ever had was caused by the WD having a static address assignment, basically the addresses for networked items are assigned (within limits) dynamically and can change, if an item is looking at a fixed location the target device can 'disappear'. As for the playlist, no idea what you can do as I don't listen to them, just play music as I would an old LP (drop it in the groove and kick back...)

Have you been using the MBL NAS Twonky Server? If so I'd check the NAS's homepage to make sure that Twonky is still enabled and that your Unitiqute's IP address isn't blocked.
