Music Store "Error" since update

I completed the software update for my HDX last night without any problems - but since then my Music Store scans and then comes up with Error. It has never done this before in the 2 years I've owned it, so I can't see that it is a coincidence. I am at a loss what to do now - all suggestions welcome.
