Naim Uniti-Serve SSD and Qnap 219PII

Hi all, I just purchased a Naim States serves I was using with Qnap 219 PII. Before ripping my music library, I updated to version 1.7a that the U.S. is identified as "1.7a_sp1." I did rip perfectly with the acquisition of the relevant information on albums and covers, as long as the U.S. does not recognized as the NAS preventing me from ripping cds later. The problem is that the U.S. does not see the NAS on the network regularly while these works and therefore I can not add it as a network share. I have a Netgear router D6300., Just purchased. The NDX I have, instead, plays the music on the previously ripped Nas which are now partially defined, without the name of the artist who is ... "unknown." I am afraid that the router is in essence the problem because it should be configured appropriately. I ask, however, to you, a solution to what happened. Sorry for my bad English. Thank you.

Raffaele, you should call your dealer or distributor first to solve your issues.

I would have already done but they are all on vacation. Unfortunately, I received my U.S. It only on July 31 last year. I got a first aid by the Italian distributor that has allowed me to rip at least a part of my music library but then, quite rightly, they have closed for the holidays. I think I'll wait until the end of this month to receive proper and regular servicing. Thank you.
