Uniti 1 Firmware 3.21 alarm clock

Posted by: Stephan K on 15 August 2013

Hello together,

yesterday I have updated my Uniti 1 with the latest firmware (without any problem).

This morning I mentioned, that the alarm started, but the display does not blink and the volume was not ajusted to the value in the alarm settings.

Also, the alarm does not stopp after 30 minutes as I am used to from the last firmware.

Can anybody confirm this behavier?

My display does blink and the volume setting works. Are you definitely sure that your alarm is misbehaving? Thanks!

It happened to me too! I also have Uniti 1 and this morning the alarm started but the display does not blink and the volume was not adjusted to the value in the alarm settings. I think the volume was at the level I left it last nigh (pretty loud).  Exactly same behavior. Shall we report that to NAIM somehow?

I have a SuperUniti, so maybe this is just on the Uniti 1. Anyway, tell Naim. Thanks!

You could send an email to support@naimaudio.com describing the problem. The answer comes back usually quite quickly (Naim staff do read/follow this forum but apparently not extensively).

Thanks. I just sent an email to Naim support.

Since Monday the alarm clock worked as expected.

The only thing I have done is reprogramming the alarm.

Very strange.

Mine is working too after re-programming.
