Football season 2013-2014

Posted by: mista h on 16 August 2013

As tomorrow the silly season starts all over again i thought i would start up this new thread so that followers of this stupidly rich game could have a say in anything Footie related. So if you want to have a moan or sing the praises about anything related would love to know about it.

My own moan is that lazy git Berbatov has carried on the way he ended last season. Watched him in our 2 home PSFs.He hardly broke sweat.

Also got to shake hands with our new Billionaire Chairman(Mr Khan),a friendly guy who appears to have trouble finding a barber shop

Apparently the Dildo Twins have also told Big Fat Sam that there is no way that Nolan can wear the captain's armband again this season.

Well they've probably got that decision right, at least.

Well, I know the second leg is at Upton Park but I'm going to stick my neck out and suggest that the Hammers are going to struggle to overcome a 6-0 deficit

Time to put out the WHU youth team again, I think?

I can't see it unless he falls on his sword. They probably want him gone and he possibly wants out but someones going to have to take a big financial hit. This is as bad as I remember being a Hammer and lets face it, it's been a roller coaster with a lot of lows.

BREAKING NEWS!!

Gay soccer star Thomas Hitzlsperger has bravely announced that he used to play for West Ham.

Posted on: 08 January 2014 by Peter Johnson

Well as a fairly happy Mackem following last night's result I was hoping against hope that even IF we can turn over Man U in the away leg we might (just might) face WHU in the final following a really weird result ........sigh .........

Could do with him now as we're no good coming from behind.

Remember when we had Avram Grant as our manager?

Good days.

I thought Lou Macari was a nightmare but we've had some proper crackpots at the helm these past few years.

Downright creepy

Man City were awesome though and if it wasn't for the goalkeeper having a great game it could have been double figures. Negredo's first goal was one of the best. I'm just surprised WH didn't park 10 players in the box for 90 minutes.

The writing has to be on the wall for Big Sam. The Carling Cup was his only lifeline IMO.

Think you might be being a harsh on AG. He took Chelsea to a Europeans Champions final and but for  penalty miss could well have won it, which is more than some of CFC's previous and more illustrious managers achieved. He also took my lot to an FA cup final which, but for another missed pen, he might have won.  My team was in serious decline at that point (as well as financially bust) so arguably that was a more creditable achievement for him than the taking a good Chelsea team to the Champions final. Wonder what AG is doing now?

Average Grant(son in laws words not mine) i think is at Partizan Belgrade.

You should be able to check it out on the Wikipedia website.

You're right about him going to P Belgrade, Mista h. But Wikipedia says he resigned that job in May 2012. Nothing said about his current employment, if he has any.

I don't give a stuff what he did or didn't do for Chelsea. He got us relegated. He is our second (or third, I can't decide if he was better than Ratboy Roeder) worst manager. Ever. Although I will concede that we played marginally better football under him than we do under the fat turd we have at the moment.

Posted on: 09 January 2014 by mista h

I remember one time a few years back in the cup Roeder took the entire team back to the hotel to get changed for the game as he thought the changing rooms were not up to his standards, May have been against Rotherham !!!

Richard is our Kevin allowed to call Big Fat Sam a Turd on this M/B ?
