Football season 2013-2014
Posted by: mista h on 16 August 2013
As tomorrow the silly season starts all over again i thought i would start up this new thread so that followers of this stupidly rich game could have a say in anything Footie related. So if you want to have a moan or sing the praises about anything related would love to know about it.
My own moan is that lazy git Berbatov has carried on the way he ended last season. Watched him in our 2 home PSFs.He hardly broke sweat.
Also got to shake hands with our new Billionaire Chairman(Mr Khan),a friendly guy who appears to have trouble finding a barber shop

Im sure as a fellow hammer kev will be in full agreement that most or the player dont deserve what they get paid for this season poor showing, but then again you could say that fat sam has beaten the football out of them
Chelsea win The Premier League!!!!
Well the U21 PL anyway. And the FA Youth Cup.
Nice double.
anyone watch the europa final last night, according to sky news it was a non-event, maybe watching west ham over the last couple of seasons has diluted what constitutes as a good game but i found it a very good game to watch
Not sure about this.
Just for Kevin
Perhaps after this weekend this thread should be closed and a World Cup thread started?
Yet to decide who I will be supporting - it depends on whether Mata and De Gea are in the final Spain 23.
Season's not over until MoPo's confirmed he's staying at Saints.

Good idea, Chris. Why don't you kick it off. In the meantime I'm inclined towards a couple of dark horses in Uruguay and Belgium
St Johnstone just gone 2-0 up with 5+ mins to go in Scottish Cup Final. Think this will be the first major trophy in the club's history. What a wonderful moment for them.
Many, many congrats to St Johnstone. First ever cup win in their first ever final.
Into the Europa competition next season. Maybe they will be in Man U's group?
Hull 2-0 up inside 10 minutes. Who'd have thought that?
I think we've got a game now!
Still 0-0 in the La Liga decider but Athletico losing key players to injury.
Fantastic result for Athletico. 1-1 in the Nou Camp means they win La Liga. Tension in the final minutes was palpable. Whatever happens in the Champ League final now, this will be a season never forgotten by Athletico fans. Well done!
Just been sent this by a friend of mine,an Arsenal STH sitting amongst the Hull fans,
Good 1st half to watch.
Either i need glasses or Steve Bruce needs to go on a diet.....Big Time.

Very good idea Mista Dolan.
May i suggest
1/ YOU start the World cup thread.
2/ Someone who supports the Premier league champions starts a 2014/5 season thread.
3/ Richard shuts this thread down say midnite Sunday.
Your votes pls

mista h,
As I think I'm the only Man City fan on this forum I'd be happy to oblige.
Chris,
You do the World Cup thread because if we use the same criteria of using a supporter of the Premier League Champions you won't be able to start this thread for a number of years.

Absolutely! I couldn't believe the size of the belly that he was sporting. Guess he's not out on the training pitch with the players these days but frequenting the excellent fish & chip shops in Hull.
Altogether now...
Steve Bruce, he's got a big fat head.....
Seriously though, we'll played Hull City.
