do you know if there is a fan in a Unitierve HDD ?

there's no fan, if there was you would see the exhaust somewhere on the outside of the case.

If the question is really 'is it noisy?', then the answer is no. Mine lives in the same room as the stereo, and doesn't intrude. It makes a horrible noise when ripping some CDs though.
