Unitiqute to nap100 using snaic

Hi, just received a nap 100 to go with my unitiqute and while it sounds great with the van den hul "name" phono to phono cable I'd like to try out the  4 pin snaic cable included with the power amp. To do this i need to terminate two phono plugs on one end, does anyone know where I can find the colour code to make the right connections ? There are 4 wires blue,black,yellow and red.
