I have a Unitiserve SSD connected to a Synology
I know it's possible to connect the U Serve to a Power supply to improved the sound.
is it the same with a NAS : is it possible to connect the NAS to another Power Supply and does it improved the sound ?

I use an upgraded power supply on my Serve and it gives a real improvement. My Synology is used solely as a backup so the supplied ps is fine. I'm sure you can change its supply if you ensure that the voltage is correct. That said, it is your UnitiServe that is providing the signal, so I doubt it would make any difference to upgrade the ps on the NAS. But I may be wrong....
