Basia Bulat's New album

From the tracks I have heard I quite like them but am not a great fan of hers. If you want to listen to the title track go on youtube.

I have it on order, should hit the door mat next Wednesday. I loved her first two, hopefully this will not disappoint. 

We're going to see her later this year. Looking forward to it.

We've seen her twice before. The first time, she was great. Phenomenal. The second time, she was actually a support act and the sound and venue were terrible. I think the monitoring mix must also have been very bad as she was trying to sing too loudly. Hopefully the next time will be more like the first!

Just finished listening for the first time. It's OK, but did not have any stand out tracks that really moved me. I probably need to listen a few more times before I can really judge its merits as it usually takes a while for new music to sink in.

Agnes Obel's new album Aventine is now playing, and even on first play this one is really rather excellent!
