When you unplug your memory stick from the PC, the stick flashes even then? Or what?

The memory stick is flashing in the superuniti not in PC the PC tells you when to remove the uniti does not  regards

If you're done using it, then just unplug it.

I'm not 100% sure, but my guess is that as long as it's plugged in, it will keep flashing.

Thanks  for adivise better I phone naim  if it works  like a PC  it can damage su  at least PC tells me when it's safe to do so,

USB is designed to be plug and play. You can add and remove at will. The only possible damage that you can do to a USB drive by unplugging it is loss or data if a write operation is being performed. But you are not doing this so don't worry.
