Unitiserve 2TB Backup

Why is there no option in the backup scheduler to specify the entire drive? It seems odd that I can automatically backup the music folder but have to resort to cut and paste (and my memory) for the downloads folder. In fact, it is particularly odd because the music folder contains rips for which I have good physical backups, in the shape of CDs, whilst the original downloads are more vulnerable.
