Aaarrgh ! ERROR 36 is back with firmware version 3.22

As the title says the dreaded ERROR 36 message has reappeared on my NDS upon upgrading to firmware 3.22. It was cured in the previous version thanks to a patch provided by Phil Harris. I do not know if I can apply the same strategy. I will write to Phil and am pretty sure I will get a swift answer. Nevertheless, this is a word of caution to those who have an NDS. I'd like to add that this should not happen.

Swift answer from Phil. For those of you that had the problem, the patch that worked for version 3.21 should also work for version 3.22.
