Unknown albums - CD group look up

I have tried a quick search of the forum so forgive me if this has actually been asked before. I have loads of unrecognised albums and know there is a group look up feature in the desktop controller software but are there any instructions on how to use it?

I would like to periodically get the software to see if new metadata is available for these unknown albums. Can someone point me to the detailed instructions please.
