If you had a Tardis

Following on from the Doctor Who thread.....

What musical events/period would you travel back to if you had the Tardis for a day.

Mine would be Hamburg, circa 1961 to see the formation of the fab four. Followed closely by London mid-60's to witness the beginnings of Pink Floyd and the arrival of Jimi Hendix.

Back to New York in 1957 to be able to hear Coltrane playing with Monk at, among other venues, The Five Spot.

I'd go back and save Mozart from whatever took him to such an early grave then I'd visit the birth of the Sex Pistols and I'd strangle them all with my bare hands.

Imagine how wonderful it would have been to hear more music from Mozart as well as John Lennon.
