Anyone else experiencing problems with the internet radio?

Last few days I've been trying to solve this problem but I'm not sure if it is my HDX or a web issue.

I can actually stream radio fine and I'm currently listening to Radio Paradise with no issues, I just can't retrieve any of my presets!

 When I try to access my saved Radio presets in nServe on IPad it is just blank.  When I try from the HDX front screen I get the following message:

"There is an internet connection problem and the vTuner servers cannot be connected to. Please check net connection"

I've logged into the vTuner account and whilst it logs in, I am unable to do anything with it, it just freezes and I get this message

"

The page cannot be displayed

The request cannot be processed at this time. The amount of traffic exceeds the Web site's configured capacity."

I assume this is the problem, but anyone else have any knowledge about this?
