Qnap NAS drive

Hi friends i need your help
i`m using a NDS streamer and my music is stored through my pc
with Asset UPnP,i`m thinking to buy a Qnap NAS drive and my question is what benefit i get comparing a nas drive stored my music, or continue listening to my music from my computer i need your advice thank you all

I do rip onto different lossless formats every time, but do that subsequently and that takes some time. DIdn't knwo one coud rip simultaniously. I am going to try now. Thanks for the tip mate !!

I tried running my TS219P+ with the embedded UPNP software but it was a disaster with the ND5XS, tracks kept stopping and re-starting, tracks finishing early, compilations listed as 20 different albums etc. So I installed Twonkymedia from the Apps page on the QNAPs site and this has made things much, much better. There are still a few tiny issues relating to metadata, but it is now a useable system with a few quirks.
