Did you ever get it calibrated? I've used some ISF settings from an AV forum but apparently each set differs slightly so it's only as good as without going the full hog.
Hi mr Rakkit the kuro played right out of the box the pani needed some adjustment ,Still can't match the kuro the pani does a lot of things but can't match the picture , I think what helps the kuro is the amount of power it uses that is why it's been put in store regards
...the kuro is the amount of power it uses that is why it's been put in store...
What would prompt you to get it out of storage? This all seems very strange to me. How much extra power would it have to consume to catch up to the cost of the new telly?
Hi mr Rakkit the reason was to get a smart tv they always tempt us with new devices, We always fall for it don't we
So why don't you sell the old one? It isn't going to get any newer.
Mr winky would sell it but nobody wants old tellys regards
Why store it? Just throw it out?
^^
but seriously, didn't panasonic make the panels for the last kuro series anyway?
so the panels themselves were panasonic and all pioneer did was pimp them.
maybe some calibrating needs to be done. which you can do yourself.
but personally i always preferred samsung over panasonic. always felt panasonic were behind in picture quality.
and never got how anyone could buy a sony or loewe :-O
