The Who : Tommy  (Remastered 2013 Deluxe Edition)

Thousands of times and more I played these LP's I 1969 and later.

I could never expect that 44 years later a remastered CD could sound so very nice. This CD is very good.

Untill you download the 24-bits Tommy : an outstanding performance, what a nice listening experience !

A hi res Rush night tonight, flac streamed from asset on my PC starting with Farewell to Kings, now on Power Windows and will finish off with 2112 and Moving Pictures. Why?  because I've loved them since the first day I heard them and they still make me feel good 30 odd years later. Enjoy your night

Amazing show, fortunate to have seen it twice, both times within 10 rows of the stage which makes the make-up and staging mesmerizing.  Subtle differences between the two productions.  The first time we saw it, when the lady sang "Memories" and reached for the ultimate  moment in the song, the air pressure in the auditorium pinned me to the chair.  Memories, indeed.  Thanks for the thought prompt, Don.
