I bought all of them, all from Diverse and most of them at around £20 too (apart from PG, TSRTS and the BBC box, which were more expensive). I think they all sound great. Classic were considering putting out HTWWW on vinyl too, but it never happened.

I also have 1, 4, ITTOD, PG and Coda on Jap vinyl - they sound great too - especially the first album, which I think edges out the Classic.

I'm interested in how Page's new vinyl editions will sound - hopefully better than Mothership.

Unfortunately I think Jimmy Page is now tone deaf judging by the TSRTS and Mothership box sets.

An official Virgin Records Live album (never released to the public).

Hello kev  .   what is HTWWW?  Just curious.

How The West Was Won - the '72 live album released in 2003. If you haven't heard heard it, it's one of the finest live albums ever made. Imperial Zep.

Just about to Listen to and watch Fleetwood Mac: Live in Boston on Sky Arts 1 HD starting at 22:00.

Unfortunately this is not the Live in Boston of the Peter Green days (The Boston Tea party 1970), it's from 2004.

Thanks Stevee_S, I didn't know, I've sort of lost touch with them for a while now. I'll look out for it.

Hi Chris. Yes they're new to me. I kept seeing the album in the local supermarket and decided I'd have to have a listen. Glad I did

Chopin: The Piano Works [Box set]

Frederic Chopin , Vladimir Ashkenazy Audio CD

Songs from the big chair, Tears for Fears, stills sounds stunning

I concur dayjay. My kids love it too.

Had an Aha moment today. Does that boy sing high or what?!

Posted on: 18 February 2014 by Florestan

Frédéric Chopin:  Mikhail Pletnev (Piano)

Fantasie for Piano in F minor/A flat major, B 137/Op. 49
Waltz Op. 34: no 1 in A flat major, B 94 "Valse brillante"
Waltz Op. 34: no 2 in A minor, B 64
Waltz in E minor, B 56
Ecossaises B 12/Op. 72 no 3: no 3 in D flat major
Impromptu no 1 in A flat major, B 110/Op. 29
Etude Op. 10: no 5 in G flat major "Black Keys"
Etude Op. 25: no 6 in G sharp minor
Etude Op. 25: no 7 in C sharp minor
Sonata no 3 in B minor, B 155/Op. 58

Whenever I listen to Pletnev play, I always am left with a sense of wonder afterward.  Technically unstoppable combined with a brilliant mind.  If you listen to what he does it really is special.  Things you would never have known otherwise and he just brings things to light in such a nonchalant, straightforward fashion like it is so natural or easy to do so yet impossible to duplicate.

Easily one of the best living pianist around.

Lol, just a bit. This was my wife's choice tonight and a fine one it was too, although, to be fair the Fish albums she choose prior to it were great too. Can't beat a big of 80's music, especially when its as atmospheric as this!
