I don't think I've ever enjoyed listening to the Small Faces more than I have on this new compilation album, which arrived last week. Mastering has been very well done (in mono) and the blue vinyl pressing is quiet and flat.

Sometimes only The Shads will do. Interesting double CD, not the original cuts but the early stuff re-recorded and a lot of 80s onwards from The Shadows output. Subtle changes, overall very good :-
