Pink Floyd, "Cruel But Fair", two-CD set recorded at the LA Sports Arena on 26th April '75. Great performance in front of a very lively audience. Gilmour is on fire, while Waters sounds utterly miserable, railing against the audience, the security, Gilmour and just about everyone else.

It's an extraordinarily good and atmospheric audience recording. It may have been done by Mike "The Mike" Millard, a famous 1970s taper who pretended to be disabled, hiding his Nakamichi and AKG set up under a wheelchair.

Tracks:

Raving & Drooling

Gotta be Crazy

Shine on You Crazy Diamond Pt 1

Have a Cigar

Shine on You Crazy Diamond Pt 2

Dark Side of the Moon

My favourite later album, his 36th, has phenomenal bass on track 1. It's a good test of your amplifier's capacity to hold the speaker cones in check!

With Joe Louis Walker playing the guitar and Charlie Haden on the bass. A 1966 Grammy Award recording.

Yet another album that passed me by - Bjork: Homogenic

IMHO probably  the best reggae sampler you can get from the glory days. If you are vaguely interested in reggae get this, if you come across it that is.
