Amazing they got away with this cover Steve; a different era. It was changed to a less controversial photo later. Great album though!

eBay apparently banned the cover being shown in ads for the LP. Not surprising really.

I have the 10" vinyl version of "Girl At Her Volcano" and you inspired me to clean it on the RCM and give it a spin. Alas, I have no clean 10" sleeves, so back in the original it goes. Great listen.

BTW - John Mellencamp also gives an inspiring cover of "Under The Boardwalk" on his Rough Harvest CD - it's up next for me. The Platters version is still my favorite, though .
