I wonder if the booklet was included with all the pressings. My first pressing a1u/b1u has a booklet and I also have a2u/b4u pressing without booklet. Maybe it's gone AWOL.

I think they were only included with the very earliest pressings and make a big difference to the value. If you have the log book it's worth £70 but only £25 without according to Record Collector.
