Fine, despite the occasional grunting.

For grunting and squeaking, you can't beat Keith Jarrett. Great piano player. Even better grunter!

Currently enjoying 'The Complete Jack Johnson Sessions' by Miles Davis. Some great bass riffs from Dave Holland and challenging, but always tasteful, guitar from John McLaughlin.

CD ripped to NS01, through NDS.

Not played this superb album of Steely Dan covers by Sara Isaksson & Rebecka Tornqvist  for a while. If you are a fan of the 'Dan' I urge you to find a copy you will not be disappointed - CD

Quad 33,

Can you tell me which reissue vinyl is it?

Which label?

I have a few and they all sound lacklustre but I can't find the original.

Thanks!

Kuma,

I don't know what copy Graham has got but I have the original and I think it will be hard to beat it for SQ. There are a couple on Discogs, import,  but be prepared to pay a premium but I think   it's well worth it. It is truly an outstanding album.

Hi  kuma:

Its on the Flying Dutchman Label  which are licensed & copyrighted to Ace Records Ltd.

Marketed by BGP Records & distributed by Ace records London made in the EU,
Mastered by Nick Robbins at Sound Mastering Ltd.

Reissued  in 2010

I  have no original to compare this reissue to but it sounds excellent to my ears! not lackluster at all. Hope this is helpful

Original Vinyl . One of his most intrinsic albums and well ahead of its time. I had forgotten how good it really is!

First listen of this newly purchased CD.  Classic Waters with a very strong flavour of Floyd's Brick in the Wall
