Something with drive and energy to start the evening. A well-produced CD, too.

Arrived today - Double vinyl. This is a very listenable album although a lot more lapidated than previous ones. I do prefer the rawness of Slave Ambient sometimes and am still trying to get Dylan's/Simon's voice echoes out of my head. If you like Americana, you'll love this album. Polished lyrics, a very accomplished album and well recommended!

Yep. It is good. At the mo I prefer Slave Ambient but they may change after further listening.

i have been playing an album on vinyl called House on The Hill by Audience. I really quite like it. Anybody else know anything about this band? The Lp has been lent to me.

Dear Kuma,

I used to have an original Wartime set of HMV 78 pressings of this. You are right. It still offers a freshness that has not been invalidated by more modern performances.

A reminder that some of the great performances of the past have something to offer that modern conditions cannot ever hope to reproduce!

Sirenia - Nine Destinies and a Downfall. Another excellent album. Well played and a distinctive voice. 'The Other Side' is especially good. CD ripped to FLAC.
