Tried to play - however problem with the files don't play via my NDS... Now getting into the typical problems with a helpdesk which is first trying to push the problem to me - hate this, could have been such a nice evening.

Good isn't it Steve? A very well recorded album.

The first time I actually listened to the entire 1812 Overture from beginning to the end.

It is much worse than I thought. :/

Tonight moving on to Siegfried. Still sounding very 'real' and emotional. This is just so much better that I'm going to have to re-calibrate afterwards by a visit to Solti just to see what the NDS does to that.

Steve I'm glad I held out on getting the reissues.
