Eagles - Hotel California 24/192. A classic album worth listening to just for the title track's solo ... and then there's 'The Last Resort' which I've always found to be a beautiful track.
And now ...
Passenger - All The Little Lights ripped to FLAC. A very good album, sort of modern folk. Catchy and entertaining.

Pendragon - Passion
Getting away, slightly, from the rather "spacey stuff" I have been playing all afternoon.
This is the best Pendragon since their excellent "Not of This World".
Earlier ...
Eagles - Hotel California 24/192. A classic album worth listening to just for the title track's solo ... and then there's 'The Last Resort' which I've always found to be a beautiful track.

After a hectic Monday at the office something soothing by Mary Black seemed just the tonic.
She's never really rocked my boat but maybe it's time for me to give her another listen so where do you reckon I should start?
ewemon. I really REALLY strongly recommend these. (I think they cover all the good Mary Black stuff - standing back ready for flaming.......) :
The 'collection' is easy to find. 'Song For Ireland' Cd is more difficult to track down - but worth it.
Both are absolutely fabulous. trust me

More I listen to new pianists, more I think how special and super talented he was.

Speaking of Clementi, this piano transcription of Beethoven Violin Concerto was Commissioned by Clementi. Apparently Beethoven needed money so he agreed.

Will give them all a try. Always found her voice a bit too polite for me but always willing to re listen to artists.
