finished the 1st disk of Grieg and now switched to Eric le Sage - this is a great recording, very transparent and as always very well balanced chamber music when Eric is involved, in high res...

PORCUPINE TREE - Coma Divine -  2cd.

Listening to this you realise how good the original band were - but then again, they were up against the grunge, rave and the Britpop phenomena. Good acid burnout music. A classic in fact - like my trips.

Mostly I buy straight from Japan directly from the label or other online cd shops.

the label atelier-sawano itself has a webshop: http://ateliersawano.com/search/kiyoshi%20kitagawa

This is where I bought the recent releases

Also hmv.co.jp has still some stock of his older releases and of course all his new releases: http://www.hmv.co.jp/en/search...rget_SEARCH/type_sr/

Two CDs "Ancestry" and "Prayer" I also come across on EBay and Amazon I believe.

I think he is a great composer and player of Jazz double bass.

He is also more or less continuously attached to Kenny Barron in his trios

Cheers
