Can't Buy A Thrill
Long time since I have kept playing the same album most of the evening.
Playing Neil Cowley Trio's recently released "Touch and Flee". I'm a great fan of their former album "The Face of Mount Molehill". Their last album is slightly different; less forceful, less attack but still with their typical flowing sound which has such a beautiful and dreamy character. In my opinion "Touch and Flee is a better album and offers greater musical variety and is more accomplished - more subdued but also more exciting on several levels. And the sound quality on this LP is to die for!

Very delightful start of the public holiday
This is an excellent album from Quadron the Denmark-born, Los Angeles-based duo. Vocalist/lyricist Coco O has a touch of the Amy Winehouse to her vocal style and the whole album has a great minimalist electro-R&B retro vibe.
