ps That Linda Ainsworth album cover is beautiful.

Don't agree about Tracy Chapman, I think she is brilliant!

First play of this newly purchased CD.  Hadn't heard of Gary Clark JR before but I recall someone on here suggesting some similarity to Hendrix.  I can see why, but there are some other influences in here too.  Am enjoying him.

Good album

A Seal album that gets a fairly frequent play. Many good songs on here, especially Kiss From A Rose. A very well produced CD, too

Have listened to this a lot in the car on my drive to the Netherlands and back to Germany. Just wanted a reassurance how much better it can be on my system...

The Long Winters "The Worst You Can Do Is Harm"

eat static -  back to earth  -   on cd.

fairly similar to Crash and Burn with eastern flavoured sounds, less humorous though and a lot more intricate by comparison, and the music does transport you to somewhere weirdly beautiful and bewildering.

Forgot I even had this one.

Not overly emotional and a tad restrained but this is a classy rendition with a stoic attitude.

I'd rather have this neat, tight and proper set than overly sentimental whispy whiny presentation.

A penny CD turned out to be a good one.
I like their no nonsense down to earth straight forward playing.
A decent digital recording from the 90s, too.
