This a nice mellow voice and piano orientated jazzy album, from Manchester's Liz Green's. A previous winner of Glastonbury's Emerging Talent competition.

I like it, but then I am not a good judge in this case - as normally people wouldn't like the style of Lang Lang which has a bit of the effect of being overly concentrating some of the dramatic/romantic elements of music. I like that aspect - while it's perhaps not according to the letter of what he should play.

So if you like the effects - give it a try, if you don't this and all other albums of Lang Lang are not for you.

Thanks Bert,

ah so sounds like it's still the same old same old 'BANG BANG'.

A blast from the past. It's survived the test of time or me. A great pop album, then and now.

A splendid effort from a favourite band of mine while I was studying. It's fun to see that they can still make music with the same sound after all these years - although it doesn't make them a one trick pony...

Just have it on again - it's not bang bang but different with more theater....

+1 A superb guitarist. All of his albums are good. I'd also recommend his album "Artistry" on the Scottish label.
