Here's one...

My first thought was Harpo, but then I remembered Andreas.

Augh.

I gave up on Uchida!

I think I tried enough of her (both recordings and live concerts ) and her style frustrates me to no end.

See, Bang Bang Lang Lang could be good. He's still young. There's a room for growth as an artist.

Can't remember when I last played this, but just spotted the cover on my Kinsky desktop and fancied a listen:

The Jayhawks - Tomorrow The Green Grass & Hollywood Town Hall.

Just discovered this band. A few of their albums have just been re issued on vinyl. I picked up these two as they seemed to be the most highly rated on the web. Both are fantastic and decent sound quality re issue to boot.

My vinyl copy of this album is showing its age, but I never tire of listening to Joe Walsh's guitar on 'Midnight Man'.

Another album I haven't listened to for ages. This album is surprisingly good:

"Shoot Out the Lights is the sixth and final album by British husband-and-wife folk rock duo Richard and Linda Thompson. It was produced by Joe Boyd and released in 1982 on his Hannibal label." - Wikipedia

Rather good it is, too.

"In 1987, Shoot Out the Lights was ranked #24 on Rolling Stone magazine's "100 Best Albums of the Last Twenty Years"[7] and in 1989 it was ranked #9 on Rolling Stone's list of theThe 100 Best Albums of the Eighties.[8] In 2003, the album was ranked number 333 on Rolling Stone magazine's list of the 500 greatest albums of all time.[9] In March 2005, Qmagazine placed the title song at number 99 in its list of the 100 Greatest Guitar Tracks." - Wikipedia
