I haven't had the good fortune to see them live, although I have seen quite a few videos of them with RT. A fascinating bit of information - even more fascinating if they had borrowed your actual speakers for the shoot?

I don't have that album, so I'll look out for it. The other CD I have is "A change in the weather".
Mike, I will check out the other albums you mention in Qobuz. Why are there no special offers on at the moment?

I've been buying quite a lot from charity shops recently. Maybe if I play the 5 album John McLaughlin set often enough, I'll grow to like it?
This album ("Electric Dreams")seems a little bit more accessible than some of the rest (well -certain tracks anyway).

Not at all sure about this!

On original vinyl, and the only album recorded by Young Marble Giants:

I recall buying this album after hearing it on the John Peel show shortly after it came out around 1980. Apparently recorded for only £1000 and described by Kurt Cobain as one of the 5 most influential records he had ever heard.
Very atmospheric!
