My original UK copy is a single cover with two hard pictured inserts for the vinyls. If I'm not mistaken KevinW also owns an original copy.

Great live album, Clive. Original line up at their best, sounds superb on vinyl and can be bought for very little money.

Discogs is my reference for almost everything I need to know about any release, including vinyl.
Here is the entry for Mezzanine; first issue (2 LP) vinyls in decent condition seem to be pretty valuable.
