Kuma,

Our friend EJ 's visit here lasted a meager two days. We must be boring him to death. Any ideas of how we can introduce some pizzaz to our posts?

Well, he started an interesting thread about Bach but not many contributed and certainly I couldn't really. ( without much knowledge in the subeject )

For one thing you could start adding your own thorughts to your post rather than cut'n'pasting someone else's review.

So, what you think of Edwin Fischer's Bach?

Incidentally I am listening to his Bach No.5 keyboard. I am really digging his style.

Yes it all does sound like an Eighties mix tape, but your coffee table comment reminded me of a rather brilliant design of a coffee table I saw a while back.

meanwhile... back on topic

Is this the Music on Vinyl version? I believe there's a Pure Pleasure release due, or recently out. Would be interested in SQ.

Thanks

I have this album!  It's good.

I have been previewing the soundtrack to Interstellar as I watched the movie Saturday.  Amazing film and beautiful soundtrack, think I will buy it on CD.

The mighty 'Frapp's debut album and still, in many ways their best (although naming one's favourite Goldfrapp album is a bit like being forced to name one's favourite child):

Lovely soothing music.

I think Tal is one of the very best bassists out there, male or female; "Transformation" is her only solo album, recorded in 2006 when she was 20. Tal was Jeff Beck's bassist on his "Live at Ronnie Scott's" album and Dvd and has since appeared on many albums including those by Herbie Hancock and Jackson Brown.
