Fancied a bit of primordial Dead, so here they are, on double CD:

Porcupine Tree "Metanoia" on c.d..

"Feliciano" - José Feliciano, RCA Victor, 1968. It was my Dad's and when ever I was in the house during the 70's he always seemed to have it playing! Great sound quality and brilliant playing.

Snowbird - Moon.

The combined forces of Simon Raymonde (Cocteau Twins) and Stephanie Dosen (Massive Attack and Chemical Brothers) Snowbird's debut album Moon is a melodious album intended to reflect the mystery of the moon.

"Become The Other" (1995) is one of my faves, there is also a great live album called "Spiced Out Streaming" (1998), this would be a good entry into their music...it's very high in energy.

Im listening to "Atom Heart Mother" , by the Floyd on c.d..

Thank you Char Wallah, now I know where to start. Enjoy the Floyd.

Nancy and Lee on an Australian CD o yesiree...

Their reading of "Jackson" may well be the greatest duet in history, but this is packed full of great stuff, much of it written by the genius Mr Hazelwood:

After Bowie and Scott Walker, Lee Hazelwood is as close to Godlike Genius as anyone gets.
