FRANK ZAPPA   - Ship Arriving Too Late To Save A Drowning Witch -  c.d.

think 'Duck Man'  and you start to approach an idea of the aesthetic, ('style' if you want to be common), of this very short, (c.35 mins), album. "Teenage Prostitute" is a very short song replete with operatic melodrama of gigantic proportions (double entendre intended). Also features impossible to play guitar solos. I didn't stop laughing throughout.

Hard to believe that its been 12 years already. At least he was making music until the end.

Damn good album... Played this to death now but still occasionally put it on. So much better than First Love.

If you like this - have a listen to the Sun Bear Concertos. In my eyes better.

To continue on the path of a man with a piano, had this one already on for 25 minutes or so. Sometimes a man with a piano gives you music to think about. In the case of Omar Sosa this is definitely the case.

I forgot to add that the SQ of this first pressing release is excellent; and I much prefer listening to the album on vinyl than FLAC.  The milky white colouring of the vinyl is also impressive.

short and sweet this album, with quite trippy and psychedelic sounding tunes. Tasty.
