Ripped CD via my iMac & using Amarra symphony with iRC room correction software, which I'm extremely impressed with.

This has just popped through the door, a Steve J recommendation, and very fine :-

...on 45 RPM vinyl.

This particular recording is among the very best of Mahler's 2nd symphony.

A comprehensive notes collection which are beautifully shaped to tell the story of a drama.

The Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra (aka BPO) is synchronously linked to sing the song of "Resurrection". Rattle's presentation is a combination of super high technique alongside emotional extremism.

In addition, it's an impressive sound quality live recording.

Highly recommended.

Does what it say's on the tin!  Beginning with Les Crane's kitsch yet cool monologue "Nature (Wilderness)" and getting progressively deeper and chilled, climaxing with Herbie Mann's sumptuous 10-minute version of "Come Together". A fabulous 60s/70s 'easy' compilation CD.
