superuniti dab retune

hi. having trouble with dab on my superuniti before i retuned i had a total of 50 stations, and after the retune it said i still had 50 channels stored. pressed the ok button after this and it now states there is only 22. lost all the BBC channels and more .. did a retune this morning and nothing has changed. checked the 12 element aerial and it's ok

Hi Patrick - I had the same issue here (only 18 of 38 channels in the channels list).

It looks like a firmware bug.

I could get the right channels list, and I can tune all channels following this workaround:

1. disconnect the antenna cable

2. retune - you will get exactly 0 channels - surprise ;-)

3. re-connect the antenna

4. retune - you will get all of your channels back

Hi Patrick - I think Naim does not jet know the problem (for a long time your post was not answered) - how to address the bug?

Is the workaround also working on your Superuniti?
