What is the latest music you downloaded, what resolution and from where?

With more music being downloaded I thought it might be interesting to see what forum members are buying and from where.
The news that HD Tracks are soon to open an online UK store means that more choice is going to be available to us. The variety and quality of downloadable music we can choose from is expanding, MP3 to 24bit studio Masters at 192kHz and beyond.
So what are you buying and downloading?

A very good CD compilation of the Animals hits.
Bandcamp FLAC and MP3 320
Sorry, no picture, but Messiah from Academy of Ancient Music, Christopher Hogwood, in 96/24 from HDtracks, originally released 1980, newly remastered. One of my favourite Messias. Only played one track so far, but looks to be worth the $23, less 10%!!
Bandcamp FLAC 16/44.1 & MP3 320
After being delighted with their EP The Lizard King I just had to try another album of theirs. Thanks for the recommendations (again!) Russell.
Apologies for the multiple posts but I have been randomly finding albums that I want today.
Just a heads up. Qobuz from today are offering what they call the Ultimate Sinatra: Centennial Collection a 5 disk set for downloading in 24 or 16 bit (for £33 and £24)
ALBUM : 5 disks - 105 tracks Total length : 05:32:02
Both from Bandcamp in 16/44.1 FLAC and MP3 320
After all the praise, I went to Bandcamp to purchase but it only seems available on CD with some hefty shipping cost. Is that right?

Steve the way I got around that was to download each individual track then stick them in a folder it worked out fine at $6.

Cheers... wildo... Strange for a group on bandcamp to not offer the full album as a download. That must limit sales outside the US.
Thanks anyway.

I wouldn't know for sure Steve, but I suspect it might have been an oversight on their part not offering the full album to download at $6 rather than all the tracks individually for $6? Paying double the price to get it shipped on CD very nearly put me off too! At least the individual tracks stuck into a folder play and are recognised as an album just fine on my NAS.
"If you don't already own English Electric Parts One & Two but are yearning for the fantastic 96 page PDF booklet, which comes with "English Electric Full Power": It's included here, too. I was very curious about this very special item and I wasn't disappointed: As with the music, this booklet is a real labor of love! Song by song lyrics, credits, comments, pictures, introductions to the musical guests and more of the rusty artwork." - Carsten Pieper a Bandcamp patron

I am Alain contributing, but it's interesting to see how much downloads we have on bandcamp recently, and growing I guess - some great music on it which is less mainstream.
All 3 albums above downloaded from Bandcamp in both 16/44.1 FLAC and MP3 320
A big BBT fan.... My personal best prog find of 2013 and English Electric 2 is, IMHO, the best prog album of 2014. They don't seem to get mentioned here very often but I have all their albums: EE1/2 are definitely their best though.

Yes I agree with you totally Steve. BBT have been a great find and EE Full Power has been a permanent resident in my playlist since it arrived. Really excellent prog' that is sadly being missed out on by a lot of music lovers it would seem...
