Views on UQ vs ND5XS as streamer

Hello, with me moving into a new house very soon, my next step will be to implement a streaming based system. Basically I have two choices:

UQ or ND5XS / NDAC / 555

NDS / 555

I already have an NDAC so the first option would be easier and initally cheaper although if there was a decent difference I would go for the NDS.

My querry at this moment is time is if there is a difference in:

1/ practical functionality between the UQ and ND5XS when used with a 282, for example with system control or app use etc

2/would there be much difference in sound quality between the two when used through a NDAC/555
