n-steam will not connect

My ipad n-stream application is on the same BT wireless network as my UnitiQute and NDX. Neither device is recognised and the n-stream app fails to connect. Both devices have the latest naim software upgrades installed.
iPad: £400
UnitQute £1000+
NDX, £2000+
Homehub, 30 quid or free
Seriously though consider a better router.
In the mean time. Are you sure for certain you are on the same network, don't those bt hubs have a different wireless to make up part of the bt zone network they work on?
Assuming the uniti and ndx have internet access, i.e. they can get to iradio, then I would be pointing the finger at the ipad and checking what network you are on.
yes the internet radio is working on both devices and I have no problems with the wireless network
Are you certain the ipad is on the home wireless network or is it on BT openzone network?
Thanks to Garyi for suggestions and Naim support, all that was needed was a network reboot :-)
Good stuff, but honestly if you are on a standard BT live, i.e. not infinity, treat your network to a decent router.
I came across a BT hub for the first time last week on a customer site. They had installed a BT ADSL line connected to a BTHub3 for their guest wireless internet. They wanted the wireless disabling as internet access went via a fixed ethernet link to a firewall. The customer called back a day later to say that he could still see SSID's being broadcast. On investigation, it appears that even if you disable wireless (and the blue "wireless" LED goes out) the wireless still operates and broadcasts the Openzone & BT FON SSID's. This means that anyone can connect to your wireless and use up your bandwidth, a person sat in a car outside your property for instance. This behaviour is on by default I don't think a lot of people know about it. You can disable Openzone & BT Fon but you have to drill down into menu's to find it. Very sneaky of BT, I'm glad I'm not with them.
By the way, I don't mean to scare anyone as the Openone & BT Fon wireless SSID is totally isolated from the home wireless SSID so in theory there's no security risk.
BT Hubs that they give out cheap or free for new customers appear awful. They constantly loose connection and can't handle high bandwidth or multiple connections, well my one certainly was bad.
Replaced with a modem/router as BT use ADSL in my area (no Infinity yet) so got a Netgear 6300 that can handle multiple HD streams, and all was a lot better, much more stable signal around the house.
Just an observation at my place, but I don't think it is an uncommon issue I am afraid.
