Hi,
I was just wondering if it is possible to either decide, or manipulate the files, so that I can decide which thumbnail is used for an artist?
The main reason I ask is because where I have artists such as the Stones, their tracks also appear on other compilation albums and it always seems that these other albums are used for thumbnails, but I would rather have an image I recognise easily.
If it makes a difference, I rip to a QNAP using XLD and then either Twonky or Asset.
Thanks

How do your ripped files get associated with images currently? XLD won't do it automatically I'm pretty sure . . . those images are coming from somewhere.
You can certainly pick your own cover art for each album. Are you trying to do it track by track, or album by album?

Hi Bart,
Sorry, I may not have explained my issue fully, but it is if I look at say, Artist/Album, there will be a number of albums for the various artists behind the initial thumbnail, but the one chosen for display for the main file is usually not one I would choose, eg Now 59.
I usually get the artwork from somewhere such as Google Images and then drag it into XLD. So I wonder if it might be the file name or number.
